Ahh... An afternoon at the beach. :) Memorial day (Monday) while we were still in SoCal, we took a short drive on PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) and stopped at a real California beach in Malibu. The weather wasn't the greatest, but it was still fun just to be there and play in the sand and the ocean and breathe in that salty sea air. We love the beach... but not the sand-covered car afterwards!! So enjoy the pictures... and tell me what you think. My personal favorites are the first one (not to toot my own horn, but I love that I got the colorful beach umbrella on one side of Ethan and the bright blue ocean on the other) and our family picture.

Ethan's first dip into the ocean. He wasn't too sure about the 1st cold wave that washed up over his toes, but he got used to it pretty quickly and had a great time as we tried to 'outrun' the waves!

I like the same pics you do PLUS the last one. That is adorable! It would be cute blown up and on canvas as wall art. And yes, I would love, love, love your help for the wedding. Any preferences as to what you like to help with?
Your birthday cake looks SOOOOO good!!!! I love you and miss you :( BUT I can't believe you HAVENT WATCHEDTHE SEASON FINALLY?!?!?!?!?!?! I mean i get the whole not having time in a way but ITS GREYS !!!! how can you not have time !!!!! ITS AMAZING!!! Except there is a little bummer part at the end but lets face it, it has been working its way out the whole time . . . . guess you will have to see what i am talking about WHEN YOU WATCH IT! haha i love you and i am so gla dyour feeling better and ethan is too!

Those are great pictures! That beach looks sooooo wonderful too. I think your cute comments are just as great as the photos. I love the first photo... it looks like one you'd see blown up at a photographers or something. The family photo is great too... one shot-- that's amazing...
