Gone Fishin'

A few weeks ago, Ethan had the awesome opportunity of going fishing with his great-grandparents Toftdahl and auntie Lizzy. Elisabeth was on Spring Break and had stayed with my grandparents Tuesday night. I dropped off Ethan for his usual Wednesday play date with grandma Sandy and grandpa Chuck and they packed up their gear and headed to the fishing hole. Of course, I had to work and missed out on all the fun - but I did get ahold of all the pictures they took. Enjoy!See that big grin? This boy loves being outside and I know he was having a blast!!

Of course, riding in the gator was pretty cool too.
And the bottom left picture... such a typical Lizzy pose!

I love these two pictures of Ethan and great grandpa Chuck! I'm pretty sure in that second one that Ethan is laughing at a fishing story grandpa was telling.
That fish gets bigger every time he tells that story. ;)

I love that picture of Ethan laughing. You should frame that for Grandpa for Father's (or Grandfather's) Day. Precious! Seriously, there is nothing I love more than being a grandparent. The love I have for those kids is beyond what I ever thought it could be. I'm glad you have your family close (not as close as before, but close enough to have a good relationship!)
