Handyman Ethan

So a few days ago our landlord came over to fix a leaky faucet in our 2nd bathroom - what was a drip, drip, drip had turned into a steady stream of water. My hippie-tree-hugger Oregonian side couldn't put up with that much wasted water anymore and so it was fixed. Well, our landlord first came to check it and take part of the faucet apart, thinking just a gasket would need to be replaced and not the assembly - he was right and went off to the hardware store to get the part. Meanwhile, I took a look down the hall and found this....
Ethan had gotten his tools out, too!! :)
