Priority Mail

[[deep sigh of relief....]]
It is done.

That's right, folks. In less than one week I managed to complete the 9-page application and film/edit/burn my audition video onto a DVD for a chance at the next season of The Biggest Loser!! Of course, that was thanks in LARGE part to Sean. He did all of the filming for the video and helped me come up with ideas, plus it was his encouragement that convinced me to try in the first place. Thanks, hon!!

Getting the video clips from the camera to the computer, in the right order, and burned onto a DVD proved to be the hardest part! Oh... my... gosh... I nearly threw the computer out the window. At least it is all done now and our computer (and my parents' - I was back and forth between the two because our laptop only burns CDs) is still intact.

Here's the text conversation that took place immediately following my trip to the post office.
Me (to Sean, Lynnie [mother-in-law] and Liv [friend/trainer]): PHEW! BL video and app officially sent priority mail. Now maybe i can breathe!
Liv: way to go!!!! im so so proud of u sorry i wasnt much help.
Sean: Yay! It is DONE! I sense a new blog entry... (he knows me so well! ;)
Lynnie: i am so glad you ACTUALLY did it - so often we just talk!

Thanks to everyone for your support! Now I just have to wait... (I hate waiting.)
