Ok, so really, I am stalling while some much longer, loaded with pictures, posts are in the works... Even still, I thought you may get a kick out of this. Several weeks ago we had chicken enchiladas and corn on the cob for dinner. I don't think Ethan actually ate any of his corn, but he sure got a kick out of sitting on daddy's lap and stabbing his empty cob with corn holders. He started with just a few...
