I figured for journaling purposes, it would probably be easiest to break down our trip by day, rather than having a HUGE, incredibly long post with tons of pictures. This way, our trip is neat and organized - just like our kitchen cupboards. Ha!
Anyway... enjoy the text or skim it and just skip to the pictures. :)
