Memory Lane: Round 2

Alright. Next up on the picture CD...

Sean's Mission
Dates Served: October 2000 - September 2002
Where: Brasil, Sao Paolo

My handsome white-shirt-and-tie-wearing missionary.

He looks so young!

I like this picture and if you look close, you can seen that the flag in the back is the Brasil flag.

Soooo gross! He has reassured me that this was strictly for the sake of the picture - no cockroaches were actually eaten!

Yay! Cute missionaries and future RMs.

I am so grateful for a wornderful return missionary who made me laugh, became my best friend, asked me to marry him and then was worthy to take me to the temple to be sealed together for time and all eternity! He met my TOM requirements:
T: Taller - though I have to be careful not to wear too high of heels. Luckily, I'm a flats and flip-flops kind of a girl, so that's not usually a problem!
O: Older - got me beat by almost a full two years, which I occasionally remind him of. "Less than two years 'til you're 30, sweetie!"
M: Mormon - though this was Mormon in the broad sense. It stood for active, worthy, return missionary, etc., etc.

Yay! Brasil pictures! Thanks for posting them. Some of those pictures look a lot like some of my mission pictures. Go figure.

LynMarie has to be careful about wearing heels as well. I'm only about 3/4" taller than she is, so just about any kind of heel makes her taller. No problem on the "older" requirement, though -- I'm now moving towards 40 rather than away from 30... and she's still only 31.

Sean does look really young. I can't believe pictures of Matt on his mission, either- he looks young and skinny. As for your "TOM" requirement, I had the same "requirements" until I met Matt. He is nearly two inches shorter than me and is younger. But I love him so much more than any of those tall, old guys I used to date!

Isn't it funny how young our husbands looked on their missions? And I remember when I was in Young Womens the Missionaries looked so old. Now that they look young to me I FEEL old. And I tagged you by the way. :0)

Oh, sorry. Well don't worry about doing it again if you already did it. I didn't realize you had. It does seem pretty familiar.
